All bookings must be prepaid in full at the time of reservation.

All Airport transfers include up to one hour of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled flight landing time. After this period, additional waiting charges will apply.

All hotel and residential pickups include up to 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After this period, additional waiting charges will apply.

If, for any reason, the customer fails to present for the scheduled transfer, the booking will be considered cancelled and all payments made will be non-refundable.

For safety reasons, luggage must not be placed on passenger seats or carried on laps. If the luggage cannot fit safely in the vehicle’s designated luggage compartment, the driver reserves the right to cancel the booking, and all payments made will be non-refundable.
